Leadership and Team Retreats
The problem
Your leadership team is looking for a way to connect, re-engage, and support each other through good times and hard times, but they lack the cohesiveness to do so.
The process
First, to make sure that you are getting what you are looking for out of the training, we will meet 1:1 with your leadership to determine what you want to get out of the retreat. Two weeks prior to the retreat, we will provide a finalized agenda for the retreat. If desired, accommodations, meals, travel, etc. can be included in the planning process.
The results
The retreat will be held with the participants, and we will collect feedback from participants for the leadership about the retreat, and provide a final report which will include recommendations and ideas for the future.
