The Process

Over 1–2 months, I’ll meet with leadership and key staff (and board members where relevant), review your strategic plan and key documents, conduct a SWOT analysis, and observe your programs and operations firsthand.

The Results

A full organizational audit report, with data from findings, conclusions, and recommendations for the future.

Most clients use it to prioritize their next 12–18 months, have a more grounded conversation with their board, or make the case to funders that they’re managing strategically.
