I’m happy to come in and do a full 360 evaluation of your programs, organization, and systems, and to provide recommendations of ways to help you move forward with clarity and strength.
The problem
You’re not completely sure that your organization is running as efficiently as you’d like. Maybe there are some tweaks that could shift things to run more smoothly.
The process
Over a 1-2 month period of time, we will meet with your team, conduct a SWOT analysis, review the strategic plan, analyze the programs of the organization, and provide recommendations for adjustments that will help you with efficiencies.
The results
A full organizational audit report, with data from findings, conclusions, and recommendations for the future.
